Being a licensed General Contractor and Realtor, I have had the privilege of working with numerous homeowners in our neighborhood. As a Victoria resident and homeowner, I realized that accessing information about the different resources for our homes within the community was challenging.

I understand that homeowners want to make informed decisions when it comes to their properties. However, the lack of accessible and centralized information can make it difficult to find reliable resources. That is why I am committed to making a positive impact on our community by providing homeowners with the information they need.

Through my experience as a Realtor and General Contractor, I have developed a deep understanding of the local market and have established valuable connections with different service providers. I am dedicated to sharing this knowledge with the community and creating a reliable source of information for all homeowners in Victoria.

As an administrator of the Victoria Community Facebook Page, I noticed that many homeowners repeatedly asked the same questions. Additionally, I found it challenging to locate information despite it being available in multiple places. To address this issue, I collaborated with Jennifer Silverman and her husband Ben, who is currently serving on the HOA board, to create several informative videos to help our community. However, I felt that we could do more to improve the accessibility and organization of information.

Therefore, I suggested creating a website that would serve as a central hub for all relevant information. This website would be updated regularly, ensuring that homeowners have easy access to the information they need. Our goal is to simplify the process of finding information and make it readily available to all members of the community.

Furthermore, I am excited to announce that Jennifer Silverman and I, Mark Stanley, are running for the 2023 HOA board. We are passionate about serving our community and would greatly appreciate your vote. Together, we can make a positive impact on the Victoria community.
